IRIS Spa & Lounge is operated by Marimo Company, commercial registration 7050815328, VAT number 313138585600003. Address: Shubra Street, behind Shubra Palace, Taif.
IRIS welcomes women only. These terms apply to bookings made on our website and apps.
Booking
When you choose a time, we hold it for you for 10 min while you pay. If the payment is not completed in that time, the hold ends and the time becomes available to others.
Your booking is confirmed once the online payment is received, and we send the confirmation to your mobile number on WhatsApp.
Prices
All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT at 15%. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, even if it changes later.
Deposit and payment
To confirm a booking you pay a 30% deposit online. The rest is paid at the spa.
Online payments are handled by a licensed payment provider in Saudi Arabia. We never see or store your card number.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking online at any time before it starts, and everything you paid online is refunded to the same payment method.
The refund starts as soon as you cancel. Depending on your bank, it can take a few working days to appear.
Missed appointments
If you do not come to your appointment and have not cancelled, the deposit is kept.
Changing the time
You can move a confirmed booking online up to 2 times, subject to availability. For any other change, contact us.
