Where is IRIS in Taif?
On Shubra Street, behind Shubra Palace, in Taif. The Visit us page has directions in Google Maps.
What treatments do you offer?
Massage, Moroccan bath, sidr and herbal treatments, facials, brows and lashes, nails, waxing, and hair styling, cuts, colour and treatments. The menu lists every treatment with its price.
How do I book?
Choose a treatment, a day and a time on this website or in the IRIS app, then pay a 30% deposit online to confirm. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
How much is the deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
You pay 30% of the price online when you book, and the rest at the spa.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Yes. You can cancel online at any time before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full, and you can move your booking online. If you do not come and have not cancelled, the deposit is kept.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on our website includes VAT, and you receive a tax invoice.
Do you have offers and packages?
Yes. Our current packages, their prices and the days they run are on the Offers page.
Is there an IRIS app?
Yes. On Android you can download the IRIS app from our website, and on iPhone you can add IRIS to your Home Screen.
