What a session covers
Each session is one visit of about 60 minutes. Choose one of these packages each time:
- Sidr treatment · 60 min · SAR 180 on the menu
- Monthly-cycle package · 60 min · SAR 190 on the menu
- Teacher's package · 60 min · SAR 185 on the menu
- Mid-week package · 90 min · SAR 189 on the menu
- Two friends package · 60 min · SAR 349 on the menu · uses 2 sessions (you and your friend)
How it works
- Buy your card online or at reception. You get your card number straight away, and on WhatsApp.
- Book each visit online, on WhatsApp or by phone, Monday to Wednesday, and tell us you will use your card.
- At reception, give your card number or your mobile number. We record the session and show you how many are left.
- Cancel before your appointment and the session goes back on your card. A deposit paid online is refunded up to 24 hours before.
IRIS card terms
- Each session is one visit of about 60 minutes for one guest. Choose your package at each visit from the treatments listed above.
- The Two friends package uses two sessions: one for you and one for your friend.
- Sessions are used on Monday to Wednesday, on the days and times the spa is open.
- The 5-session card is valid for 6 months; the 10-session card is valid for 12 months, counted from the day you buy it. Sessions not used by then expire and are not refunded.
- Book each visit ahead, online, on WhatsApp or by phone, and tell us you will use your card. If you cancel before your appointment, the session goes back on your card (a deposit paid online is refunded in full up to 24 hours before, as in the booking terms); a missed appointment without cancelling uses the session.
- Your sessions are recorded on your card number at reception. Show your card number or give your mobile number when you arrive.
- You can give the card as a gift. The person named on the card uses the sessions; they cannot be split between several people, except for the Two friends package.
- Changed your mind? Within 7 days of buying it, and before using any session, we refund the card in full. After that, or once a session is used, the card is not refundable.
- The member discount, points and discount codes do not apply to visits paid with the card. The price includes VAT, and the invoice is issued when you buy the card.
