Your tier is set by the points you collect over your membership. When discounts differ, you always get the better one; they never add up.

How points work
- You collect points on what you pay for every completed visit: 1 per riyal, times your tier's multiplier.
- Spend them on a booking in steps of 100 points = SAR 5 off, up to 50% of the booking.
- Your tier follows the points you have collected. Spending points never lowers it.
